Gateway Investment offers it's locations for rent perfect for your production. Properties are available for hourly rental, or up to 8 consecutive hour blocks. For more information prior to your visit, please check out our FAQ’s or contact us if you have any questions.

About Property
We are a very clean household and we will absolutely make sure the home is clean and sanitize before your arrival. We use natural products as much as we can and minimizing harsh chemicals. All surfaces in the kitchen, bathrooms and tables are wiped down with germ killing wipes/spray.

There is a 1 hour booking minimum.
Outside catering is allowed.
Bedrooms can be used for dressing room, but not for shooting unless discussed with host.
No pets allowed
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
No smoking in the house.
There is no audio recording, but we do have security cameras in our home and around the perimeter. There are no cameras in bathrooms or master bedroom if needed for changing. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.
